I am particularly interested in reading
Confederate Outlaw
since I have family that came from the area and also The Last Battle of the Civil War
seeing that I just reviewed an excellent book on Arlington National Cemetery.
This isn't about the Civil War but we wanted to do for maids what the slave narratives did for slaves, to bring their world alive. So we gathered the stories from older women of the Great Migration in Iowa. The book is from LSU Press in the catalog now and I thought your readers might be interested.
